A Pandemic of Jacobinism
From the French Revolution to the "4th Industrial Revolution"

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience. -C.S. Lewis
A wise man once wrote a letter in response, acknowledging the diabolical tenets of Jacobinism spreading through Democratic Societies in the United States. The Man’s name was George Washington, and the date was October 27, 1798.
“It was not my intention to doubt that, the Doctrines of the Illuminati, and principles of Jacobinism had not spread in the United States. On the contrary, no one is more truly satisfied ( old: “aware”) of this fact than I am.
The idea that I meant to convey, was, that I did not believe that the Lodges of Free Masons in this Country had, as Societies, endeavoured to propagate the diabolical tenets of the first, or pernicious principles of the latter (if they are susceptible of separation).
That Individuals of them may have done it, or that the founder, or instrument employed to found, the Democratic Societies in the United States, may have had these objects; and actually had a separation of the People from their Government in view, is too evident to be questioned.
My occupations are such, that but little leisure is allowed me to read News Papers or Books of any kind; the reading of letters, and preparing answers, absorb much of my time. With respect, etc.”
To quote another president: “The very word "secrecy" is repugnant in a free and open society; and we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, to secret oaths, and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is a very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment.” -JFK
It seems as though the men who reached the heights of the American power structure understood well the ever-present, and ever-increasing dangers of certain kinds of political movements, some of which hid behind closed doors, and nowadays hide behind “philanthropic foundations”, Think Tanks, and hedge funds.
But let’s go back to basics. What are these Jacobins George Washington talks about?
At the fundamental level, they are extremists, who wish to “burn it all down” and start anew, wipe the old system, and venture into their Utopia, a re-imagined place of “Safety”, “Equity”, and Censorship, enabled by a Technological Dictatorship.
During the French Revolution, The Jacobin Club was distinguished for its left-wing, revolutionary politics. They established a revolutionary dictatorship or the joint domination of the Committee of Public Safety and Committee of General Security.
(January 1793, the Committee of Public Safety was created in April 1793 by the National Convention and restructured in July 1793. It was charged with protecting the new republic against its foreign and domestic enemies. As a wartime measure, the committee was given broad supervisory and administrative powers over the armed forces, judiciary, and legislature, as well as the executive bodies and ministers of the Convention. As the committee raised the defense against the monarchist coalition of European nations and counter-revolutionary forces within France, it became more and more powerful. In December 1793, the Convention formally conferred executive power upon the committee. Between August 1793 and July 1794, the committee's power grew to dictatorial heights as it organized the Reign of Terror. Among the members, the radical Jacobin Maximilien Robespierre emerged as a leader.)
Today in America, this oddly reminds one of the CDC and its seemingly never-ending partnerships with foundations. The middle man, the CDC Foundation, acts as a “catalyst for unleashing the power of collaboration between CDC and philanthropies, private entities, and individuals to protect the health, safety, and security of America and the world.”
By now we have seen the CDC advance many of the Left-wing talking points, and use arbitrary powers that should be outside of its jurisdiction: CDC Moratoriums on housing-related matters, declaring Racism a “Public Health threat”, and even overruling the FDA, the regulatory agency for pharmaceuticals of this country when an independent FDA review panel voted overwhelmingly against Covid-19 Booster shots for the United States because the Data did not support them. Conclusion: The CDC has the power and the backing of the most affluent organizations of the world, and carries out agendas “in the name of health” which lead back to the principles of Jacobinism:
-a secularism that includes the elimination of existing religions in favor of one run by the state (cults: “Trust the Science”)
-support of a centralized state and strong central government powers and/or supporters of extensive government intervention to transform society (Only Government-backed Scientists allowed to voice scientific opinions, dissenters bullied and fired, Scientific debate stifled)
-political foundation of almost all leftist schools of thought including anarchism, communism, and socialism ( Health Equity, Anti-Racism & Marxism in Healthcare)
In terms of history, Jacobinism did not end with the French Revolution. In the 1930s, the Popular Front coalition included the French Communist Party or Parti communiste français (PCF). The PCF were characterized as "New Jacobins" and their leader Maurice Thorez as a "Stalinist Jacobin"
In America, historian and conservative Victor Davis Hanson likened the rise and policies of leftists in the Democratic Party in 2019 to the Jacobins and Jacobinism. "Establishment Republicans”, Rockefeller Republicans, ( or more modern: Rinos), and true Conservatism have been at war equally with autocrats and with 'democratic' Jacobins.
Jacobin populism and complete structural destruction of the old order led to an increasingly revolutionary spirit throughout Europe and such changes would contribute to new political foundations. For instance in France, Georges Valois, founder of the first non-Italian fascist party Faisceau, claimed the roots of fascism stemmed from the Jacobin movement.
Some Marxists would take influence from the extreme protectionism of the Jacobins and the notion of the vanguard defender of the republic which would later evolve into vanguardism (i.e. In the context of the theory of Leninist revolutionary struggle, vanguardism involves a strategy whereby the most class-conscious and politically "advanced" sections of the proletariat or working class, described as the revolutionary vanguard, form organizations in order to draw larger sections of the working class towards revolutionary politics and serve as manifestations of proletarian political power opposed to the bourgeois.)
The Jacobin philosophy of the dismantling of an old system, to replace with a completely radical and new structure, is historically seen as one of the most revolutionary movements throughout modern history.
Sound familiar?
Did George Washington fear that a well-coordinated authoritarian action on a global scale would take place eventually?
