I hope all of you are doing well? Do you mind telling me, in your opinion, what constitutes being called a regular client? Is it someone you see once a month, once a week or ??? And if you have regulars, do they get preferential treatment ie rates, times, etc? Feel free to pm me if you don't feel comfortable answering on this forum. Thanks in advance for the replies!!
