She was a no-show for me once before too. Decided not to try her again.

YMMV - Similar story: made arrangements 2 days early, made it clear that my time was flexible and wanted to make sure that whatever time was most convenient for her was alright with me.
She said for me to call it. I gave her my favorite time and she then requested a time 4 hours later. I replied would 5 or 6 hours later be better for her. She confirmed the 4 hour later time. So i planned the rest of my day accordingly.
Reconfirmed day of. 28 minutes before appt, she texts to push it back an hour. That did not fit with the rest of my day.
