Hmmm She does appear to be seeing red.. Perhaps you bring out the 
in her... or some other lady she represents metaphorically.
Or, she's seriously feeling the love & is staring you down, hoping you'll catch the waves she's sending and go for a ride...

Looks like a dove or pidgeon sitting on roof of car saying feed me . I always think those kids with Sally Struthers are giving me the stinkeye !
