Help to put an add on biners

Hi I am trying to put an add on advertising. I want to put the banner for $200 per 2 months. But my card is national so I cannot use ccbill.com. Where should I pay ? Any other method ?

They take Visa, Master and Discover card, who doesn't have at least one of those.
