How do i get verified ?

Hello I read the forum about this and had some questions. Ok so i have a gentlemen who wants to email a referal to you but needs to know if he needs to type something up and if so what exactly does it need to say? Or if there is another way he needs to do this. I also have a website i work for as a web cam model that i can send you the link to but i go by another name on there. Will this work or not?
