My lease is up on June 1st Im choosing not to renew because my building was bought by new owners and they are jacking up the rent way above what the place is worth because its centrally located.
Im getting nowhere looking by myself. I was really hoping that I could find a locator to help me that is familiar with the special needs of this industry

Im not a kid. I am quiet, responsible, I dont have a bunch of traffic or parties, VERY discreet, no felonies, evictions or broken leases. My credit isnt great, but its not horrible either. No bankruptcy or major debts, I just havent done anything to build it. Almost everything on it is minor and years old. I have lived at my current place nearly 4 years without incident, no problems from me or anyone associated with me.
I want to secure someplace asap obviously so if there is anyone who can help me please contact me at your earliest convenience.
