Repulsive, Obnoxious Customers

I wonder if providers can relate to this. What do you do when, once in great while, you come across a client who's extremely repulsive or obnoxious? Grin and bear it, like the flight attendants in the stories below? Or tell him to screw off and get the hell away from him?

It's not in the articles, but the same guy crapped in his pants on an earlier EVA Airlines flight. If EVA's screening were as good as many of the providers here, this would have never happened.
