Looking for travel suggestions

This forum is disused, so I hope this gets seen, and I hope to get some travel advice.

I'm coming to the Portland and coast area on vacation Aug. 7-13. I'm particularly looking for recommendations to visit on Sunday, Aug. 11 and Monday, Aug. 12. I'll be in Portland on Tuesday for an afternoon flight, so I could either stay in Portland Monday night or somewhere else. So far:

Weds, 8/7: arrive Portland, rent car, drive to Rockaway Beach. Spend Weds night and Thurs night there, touring up and down to Cannon Beach, etc.
Fri, 8/9 and Sat, 8/10: stay in Astoria, take in their boat regatta and play tourist.
Sunday, Monday: open. Could go back to Rockaway Beach, could go into Vancouver, but I don't think I would care for two nights back in Portland.

I'm also up for an FBSM and/or oral session in the area Fri night-Monday night. If you're in Astoria that weekend, I'll be able to host your outcall in my motel.

More info: I don't need winery or brewpub tours as I don't drink; love me some outdoors, but I'm not camping or even hiking very far; love me some music (I'm an Austinite, spoiled music fan); scenery appreciated.

Hi! I traveled to Canada a couple of years ago. By the way, Canadians are very nice people. And I like the nature and landscape of this country. Now I'm planning a trip to the USA. Since I am very concerned about my safety, I prefer to travel to major cities. Manhattan safety index is82, so I will start with it. Then I'll head to Washington and a couple of other cities. And in the end, I hope I still have time to visit my friends in Vancouver. Guys from the states advise what you should visit and that this place is safe for tourists?

I do understand. The spring begins again now I feel an urge to get some new dresses. Usually, I go for long gone, but this time I've got a feeling that I have almost no beautiful new party dresses to wear.
I plan to get a new boyfriend this summer, and I need to look flawless. This time I'm not looking for a one-summer-love. I feel that I need a long-time relationship with a reliable man. So, I need to show that I can be sexy and humble. What kind of skirt would you suggest? I like short ones too, but I'm not sure they're going to work this time.
