Show It or Leave to the Imagination?

I initially covered Selinas51's sweet cookie, well unfortunately I didn't get to cover it but altered the photo when I saw what I'd shot.

Now that I have her permission to show and tell, which version is better? Pretty sure I know the answer already.

It depends. Each photograph is different. In many cases, unless you're covering up tattoos, scars, significant plumpness, mommy damage, etc., it's nice to leave something to the imagination. I prefer the top one.

I don't need imagination, I want a photo to give me reality, even if it represents a mere millisecond of a lifetime.

I pretty much always like to have a bit left to the imagination.
