What about this BP ad for Sugar and Candy?

Saw this ad on BP. Haven't seen Sugar, yet, but have always been interested in making a visit. Now I'm wondering if legit?

Both have been around awhile. Quite a menu on Sugars site.

Looks like they have a 2 for 1 special. I like their pic they took together. They aren't spinners, but they have nice small cups.
