What is the best time to travel to NO? I would like few days off!

That depends on what your looking for. Large crowds, jazz fest, French quarter fest, Mardi gras, etc, etc. Summer is pretty hot, heat index 105 and above. A lot of things, places are year round. More relaxed and laid back with no big crowds. Our most pleasant weather is from October-December, and February- April. If you've never been, Mardy gras is probably the biggest draw the city has to offer. Can get pretty wild.
