So I have read a few reviews and sometimes see the word "duck" or "quack" in the comments, especially on bp reviews. Whats up with that? I have never heard it before.

[I don't know the origin of this phrase, but "duck" and "quack" refers to reviews that are posted by proponents of the provider in order to generate business. Sometimes it is thought the session which produced the review never occurred.]
