but "stay away - you have been warned ... don't waste your money like i did" doesnt really tells us why we should stay away. some may be okay w/ limited activities.

I suspect this is very much a ymmv situation. I have visited multiple times. Each visit a bit better and she is even prettier than pics - but I don’t think it will ever be a PSE if that is what you are looking for
