Coming into Houston For a Few Days Any Updates on Covid 19 Restrictions?

I heard Dallas and San Antonio requires a face covering (I have no clue why a bandana is acceptable)

It would be appreciated if anyone can give me a head's up before arriving in Houston.

No restrictions down in Galveston county though............
