Question About Message Tracking...Not Seeing A Sent Message

I sent a provider a ref request. Since I haven't received a reply yet...I went to my Message Tracking, to see if she's received my message, and if she's been online...and ZIP...nothing's there. I know I sent her a message as it's in my Sent Box.

Question: why isn't the message showing up in Message Tracking?

If you use "quick reply," there is no message tracking. Were you replying to a message from her?

When you use the normal message, there's a little check box that can be on or off, either manually or through a configuration in your User CP.
No, I sent her a message for a ref verification.
