the current best practices are the same as the previous best practices: due diligence (as you define it).

one can quit at anytime - just do so when that seems to be your best option. but there are many options - it's not just "all or nothing".

Do a search on P411 for providers at or below your price point & go from there.

More income. Money is like potato chips. When you run out, you go get some more.

Or find other options, if tricks here want to overpay it's their choice and $, they lose all reasoning when it's time to get their balls drained
