Dr. Ted Testimony on the need for comfort women the military provides etc.

Lots of witnesses for the defense over the last few weeks. Now just over 30 days into the trial. Dr. Ted testified similarly to his testimony at an evidentiary hearing over a year ago.
Dr. Ted (Age 83 has medical problems walking etc.) but was a fabulous witness just like when he testified at hearing a few years ago. He says he has testified at "hundreds or thousands" of times in courts as an expert witness, including many in military courts.
Tracy with questions established his extensive creditability globally on his Foundation and Institute of Advanced Human Sexuality, getting various laws passed in Calf, work against clitoral castration of women in many cultures just like Jewish religion does to boys that should be abuse, etc... He answers questions in great depth, often correcting Tracy in questions when not quite right. Discussed some of his published scientific research in sexuality with research done by his graduate students including a study of Nevada legal and illegal sexwork in Las Vegas. Discussed his interest in Tantra and he discussed its long history.

Talked about the huge need for sex especially by males and if unmet will result in mad things giving examples in the military which is why sex is always provided to global militaries by leaves in places where sex for money is available. Sex is especially easily available for the wealthy more safely without legal risk such as in 19? corrupt Casinos houses in LV.
The state asked him if Tantra is ever used as an excuse for prostitution. Dr.Ted says he had not heard of it.
The state thinks "gotcha you" quotes his testimony from the evidentiary hearing where he said Tantra was being used as an excuse for prostitution.
Dr. Ted responded that he said he was told Tantra was used as an excuse but has since found out it is not true. The Casinos want the "whales" that gamble $1mil or more to get fast service from prostitutes hired by the Casino so they can get them in and out of the comfort suites as quickly as possible and get them back to the gambling tables. Said it is a totally corrupt system, prostitutes just used as bodies, mistreated, etc. Is not what he regards as positive sexuality (I am paraphrasing a bit).
On the military as an example of how men meet needed sexual needs again talks about how he provides the Navy sexual services for the sailors at sea. If females not available, the men would find other outlets that were not recommended. Now with more women in the military a more difficult problem if they need sexual relief from long times at sea.
"Comfort women are used by the military (U.S.) just like they keep comfort women at the Casinos of Las Vegas." Is a problem he has consulted with Denmark on since the State provides sexual options (I think referring to those on welfare get so many visits to brothels as part of benefits), but with the Syrian refuges these women are offering sex at cut rates that interfere with Denmark funding of the brothels. (I think meaning the brothels making less money from the State since Syrian women taking a way business by lower fees). Similar situation in Iraq with comfort women providing services to the military would fight. Something about it was no big deal (since women are consenting adults) until it became a big stink with the forced comfort women of Japan in World War II?.
"Sex is to maintain order in the ranks, and every government provides" Now working on ways to better protect women in the military (I believe providing comfort women may avoid sexual harassment of female military members).
He is contracted by the Navy but even worse problems in the Marines. Asked why not sure why and hasn't done research.
States asks about him sending his students to brothels to study legal prostitution in Nev.
Ted replies he doesn't "send" them. They are given various study options for the degrees in Human Sexuality, and they choose to study brothels. If they did anything against their morals, it would taint the research.
Tracy asks Dr Ted about his view of intimacy etc. related to the kind of work done at Temple. Tracy acknowledges Dr Ted has never been to the Temple but has some understanding of Tantra and the type of work done. (State has objected to Dr. Ted being a witness since he has no direct knowledge of Temple).
Discussion of his getting the professional certification accepted by the State of California for "Sexological Bodywork" (also discussed and confirmed by the Wikipedia article).
State asks something like, isn't it true that this certification does not include nude contact. Dr Ted: You are mistaken.. (it does)
At some point also a discussion that Dr Ted is positive about most porn from a freedom to follow your own path however for relationships and intimacy teaching "hands-on" is essentially other than reading books or watching videos.
Related to the Temple, Dr Ted has given Tracy an honorary degree and questioned on what basis by State since has never been to the Temple.
Lots of objections, sustained or overruled arguments since State believes is not relevant. Dr. Ted tries to go in depth that 3 of his students had worked at the Temple including one that is now a highly recognized with a doctorate (Susan Simpson- http://www.intimacyinsights.com and he has heard from them the great work the Temple has done in spiritual, sexual healing.
State objects noting another he heard from is Annie Sprinkle a porn star who would know nothing directly about the Temple.
(Didn't catch who the 3rd was).
So far Dr. Ted has had lots of soft-spoken inciteful really interesting "foreplay" about sexuality. An observer commented the jury seemed totally focused and interested in his testimony.
Now the orgasmic kind of end...
Dr. Ted is obviously perturbed about the State questioning why he granted Tracy an honorary degree when he had no personal experience at the Temple just what others told him.
He sort of loudly blurted out over the objection of the State that More Temples like Tracy's are needed and goes into so many are sexually in need of healing including what he sees in his work with disabled vets, often with catheters, and two missing legs with just a penis hanging down that have been rejected by their wives etc when they return from war with these disabilities and still have sexual needs.
Judge cuts him off. State objects as irrelevant.
Next report Phoenix Vice Detective that believe all prostitution are victims with Defense trying show bias in the arrest and 2011 SWAT military like raid on the Temple. He was involved in Project Rose and the investigation of the Phoenix Temple
