Logging on to chat

Sir,
I'm cannot log on to chat. Using a Samsung Android, Chrome browser, with flash player plug in. Error message, "plugin not supportrd". Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Install the Puffin browser and use it.
