What you are recalling is that RubMaps.com stopped taking you to their Web Site. They resurfaced with RubMaps.ch to get you to their site. Using a Domain Name registration in Switzerland removes them from US laws and scrutiny.

Note that eccie blocked/closed Oklahoma forums, to avoid possible legal issues due to recent legislation against Reviews. But you can find Oklahoma Amps reviews on Rubmaps.ch because they are not considered to be US based.
