Plea Bargains in Boston DMV False Identity Case

BOSTON –Six individuals, including four RMV clerks, were arrested today in connection with a scheme to produce false identification documents through the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles. Some of the false identities and addresses were used to fraudulently register to vote in the City of Boston.

Evelyn Medina, 56, of Boston; Annette Gracia, 37, of Boston; Kimberly Jordan, 33, of Randolph; David Brimage, 46, of Boston; Bivian Yohanny Brea, 41, of Boston; and John Doe, a/k/a Flako, a/k/a Miguel, a/k/a Pablo D. Gonzalez Lopez, a/k/a Rafael R. Bonano, 32, whose identity and nationality has yet to be determined, were charged today in federal court in Boston with aggravated identity theft. The defendants are expected to appear in federal court this afternoon.

At the time of their arrest, Medina, Gracia, Jordan, and Brimage were employed as clerks at the Haymarket Registry of Motor Vehicles. Brea and Flako conspired with the RMV clerks to operate the scheme.

In October 2015, the Massachusetts State Police received an anonymous letter alleging that a corrupt RMV employee was providing stolen identifications and drivers’ licenses to individuals seeking false identifications. An investigation revealed that several Haymarket RMV clerks – Medina, Gracia, Jordan, and Brimage – were allegedly working with Brea, who acted as the document vendor, and Flako, who acted as the document dealer, to provide licenses and identification cards to illegal aliens for cash.

The scheme involved several steps. First, it is alleged that Flako, the document dealer, sold a Puerto Rican birth certificate and U.S. Social Security card to Brea, the document vendor, for approximately $900. Brea, in turn, sold the stolen identities for over $2,000 to clients seeking legitimate identities in Massachusetts. These clients included illegal aliens, individuals who were previously deported, and an individual who admitted to previously facing drug charges.

After Flako sold Brea the false identification papers, Brea typically used the counterfeit documents and false identities and addresses to fraudulently register the clients to vote in the City of Boston. Then, Brea and the client brought the stolen identities to the Haymarket RMV, where Medina, Gracia, Jordan, and/or Brimage would accept cash to illegally issue authentic RMV documents, including Massachusetts licenses and ID cards. The clerks also accepted cash to use the RMV’s system to run queries, including Social Security number audits, to confirm that the identities the clients were stealing actually belonged to verifiable individuals.

Registry of Motor Vehicle clerks set to plead guilty in fake license scheme involving illegal immigrants

Four disgraced RMV clerks and a fifth person will plead guilty to charges of providing phony licenses to illegal immigrants in exchange for cash, the US Attorney’s office said Monday.

The four individuals, Evelyn Medina, 56, Annette Gracia, 37, and David Brimage, 46, all of Boston, and Kimberly Jordan, 33, of Randolph, have agreed to plead guilty in US District Court in Boston, along with a fifth defendant, Bivian Yohanny Brea, 41, said Acting US Attorney William D. Weinreb’s office in a statement....

Plea agreements, which judges can choose to accept or reject, call for prison terms of 15 months for Medina, one year and a day for Gracia, and eight months apiece for Brimage and Jordan, prosecutors said.

Brea faces a maximum prison term of 15 years, and Tejada, who is charged with aggravated identity theft, will be sentenced to a mandatory minimum of two years behind bars followed by deportation if convicted, according to the statement.

That is like if you were arrested for soliciting sex from someone from Mexico who was here illegally. Should you be charged with human trafficking?

Think before you post....quit trying to put everything in a political light.

These people were trying to make money , not make Boston more liberal!

Let us not use this as a way to make it more difficult LEGAL VOTERS from casting a legal vote.

That is what is happening.

And your "fact" is bullshit.

FACT: dim-retard controlled Los Angeles County had 3.25 million more voters than citizens of voting age on its rolls during the 2016 presidential election.
Wrong!

There are 6,205,977 people eligible (as of July 7, 2016) to vote in Los Angeles County.
As of that same date, there were 4,967,922 registered voters.
The total number of votes cast (for president) in Los Angeles County was 3,421,533
The county population is 10,137,915 of which @ 2,250,617 are under 18.
The "rolls" or list of registered voters may still need to be purged but there are over 6 million eligible people (there are more than 7 million people older than 18) for @5 million people on the rolls which means your 3.25 million more than voting age is total bullshit.

Am I automatically registered to vote when I submit the online application?
No. The online voter registration application is an easy avenue for submitting your information, but the information you provide in your online application still must be verified by your county elections official. If you have a California driver license or identification card and submit an online voter registration application, the Department of Motor Vehicles is simply sharing a copy of your signature on file so that it can be transferred to your voter registration record. No matter how you turn in your registration application – online or paper – when it comes to determining a person's eligibility to vote, preventing duplicate registrations, and adding a person to California's official voter rolls, all the same safeguards are in place. Your county elections official will contact you when your voter registration application is approved or if more information is needed to confirm your eligibility.

Gerry was a dim-retard, masterdickmuncher.

Furthermore, masterdickmuncher, the population of Los Angeles County is 9.8 million per the last census in 2010.

If one subtracts those below the age of 18, which is about 24.5% of the 9.8 million, that leaves us with about 7,399,00 of voting age, masterdickmuncher.

Now, here's where your correction bites you in your butt, masterdickmuncher.

Judicial Watch reported that the number of voters on the L.A. County's voter rolls was "144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age", which we have determined to now be 7,399,000, masterdickmuncher.

That means the Los Angeles County voter rolls, per Judicial Watch's report, are listing about 10,654,560 voters when they should only have about 7,399,000 on the rolls, masterdickmuncher.

That means there are about 3,255,560 too many voters on the rolls in Los Angeles County alone, masterdickmuncher.

That's about 400,000 more votes -- in a single dim-retard California county -- than the 2.86 million vote margin in the popular vote that Assup and other hildebeest minions keep crying about, masterdickmuncher.

You're a stupid imbecile, masterdickmuncher.

Judicial Watch Warns California to Clean Voter Registration Lists or Face Federal Lawsuit

AUGUST 04, 2017

Data Show LA, San Diego, San Francisco Have More Registered Voters than Eligible Adult Citizens – LA Voting Rolls Have 144% of the Total Number of Eligible Residents

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced it sent a notice-of-violation letter to the state of California and 11 of its counties threatening to sue in federal court if it does not clean its voter registration lists as mandated by the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA). Both the NVRA and the federal Help America Vote Act require states to take reasonable steps to maintain accurate voting rolls. The August 1 letter was sent on behalf of several Judicial Watch California supporters and the Election Integrity Project California, Inc.

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission’s 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%).

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that Los Angeles County officials “informed us that the total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.”

Under Section 8 of the NVRA, states are required to make a reasonable effort to remove the names of ineligible voters from official lists due to “the death of the registrant” or “a change in the residence of the registrant,” and requires states to ensure noncitizens are not registered to vote.

There is “strong circumstantial evidence that California municipalities are not conducting reasonable voter registration list maintenance as mandated under the NVRA,” Judicial Watch wrote in the notice letter sent to California Secretary of State Alex Padilla.

Judicial Watch referred California officials to a settlement agreement it reached with the State of Ohio in which Ohio agreed to update and maintain its voter registration lists and to keep a current voter registration list online and available for public access.

“California’s voting rolls are an absolute mess that undermines the very idea of clean elections,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “It is urgent that California take reasonable steps to clean up its rolls. We will sue if state officials fail to act.”

In April, Judicial Watch sent notice-of-violation letters threatening to sue 11 states having counties in which the number of registered voters exceeds the number of voting-age citizens. The states are: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina and Tennessee.

On July 18, Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against Montgomery County and the Maryland State Boards of Elections under the NVRA. The lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore Division (Judicial Watch vs. Linda H. Lamone, et al. (No. 1:17-cv-02006)).

Election Integrity Project California, Inc. is a registered non-profit corporation that seeks to preserve a government of, by, and for the people. To that end, Election Integrity Project California empowers citizen volunteers through education and training to protect the integrity of the electoral process in California.

The director of Judicial Watch’s Election Integrity Project is senior attorney Robert Popper, who was formerly deputy chief of the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.
