AMC's Making of the Mob: Chicago

I just saw something very interesting. In the latest episode, Al Capone orchestrates a public hit on one of his enemies (Hymie Weisner) and then calls a press conference to deny he had anything to do with it. The historian says that this is the audacity of Capone and what personifies the "Chicago Way".

Does that remind anyone of someone else from Chicago?
