she says she was warned about his original handle but does she know he has close to a dozen? I hope she searched the ladies room..
although I will say a pics worth a 1000 words.... im not quick to belive without proof guys does this guy have proof other than word of mouth and did he post a review? lets see if it sticks..if she truly does due diligence to contest its fact or fiction...

Either way with the number of acknowledgements that he has made on this board, be they in jest or sincere, about being a predator, I'm astounded, horrified and extremely disappointed that the moderation and administration have allowed him to stay.

I do request they take all responses gathered over the years from this handle and take that into a sincere discussion in their private channel.

While no, they are not the internet police, are they not in some way morally bound to review their own guidelines with regards to predatory actions and stalking? And while stalking might on the surface level, seem to include simply an individual user of this board, could that definition not also be defined as being a specific type or user on this board. Through self admittance, this predator...stalker has defined this type as being extremely young, new to the board, smallish in frame. There is significant evidence to formulate the unanimous conclusion that this rapist is in fact guilty of being a stalker and thereby worthy of the perma ban.

So how is he been on the site for so long if he’s not safe .. From past post I have seen it says he has multiple handles , & this is a thing he does to a lot of providers.. he has so many handles it wouldnt matter its better to let him stay where we can see him in the open then allow him to appear offline but be using one of his other 12 handles all ladies should take advantage of the search bar and ladies room

Natalie, (hi gorgeous! long time..) he can be banned only for violating Board rules. what he does off the Board is outside Board jurisdiction (to a point).
also, if you ban "the cute papi," he'll just come back with new fake handles, which makes it harder to keep track of him. that's the problem with WolfWhistle. every time he gets banned, he just comes back with a new fake handle.
it's really up to the provider to do her thorough screening, unfortunately.
