Providers and hobbyists, what are some of the things that instantly "disqualify" someone for you?

For me, I recognize it's really judgemental but someone who misuses "your" and "you're" in a business ad probably isn't a conversationalist. Maybe that's a good thing though...

My standards for correct grammar vary depending on the amount of professionalism I expect from differing ladies.

As you can see...providers aren't the only ones who fuck up grammer....
