Anybody else catch Devo and The Octopus Project at Warehouse Live?

My special lady bought us tix and we had an awesome night out. This is a band I never ever thought I'd get to see on tour. Imagine my surprise when I got a text that she just got us two tickets. Sometimes I laugh at the idea of tours by some septuagenarian geezers (Rolling Stones, KISS, etc.) but these fuckers can still rock out, potbellies n' all.

No, I wish I had known. I love Devo. I'm a fan of New Wave, and they were some of the godfathers. I'm jealous.

Damn, damn!!! Slept on that one!!! Once upon a time they were just hella fun to see. Sounds like that's till the case.

How cool! I would have loved to see them play again. I saw them when they came to Tulsa, Ok way back in December of 1982 and they were awesome!

Now I wish I had posted something before going. They did three shows in Texas this past weekend.

Friday, March 25 - Houston
Saturday, March 26 - San Antonio
Sunday, March 27 - Dallas
