I see that their is a 19 year old on the provider ads. I thought that anything under 21 was "illegal"...or am I wrong?

What would under 21 be illegal? Meaning against ECCIE rules? If so, I still don't understand why...

Myself, I would avoid someone that young unless you had positive proof that she's 19 or older. I doubt she would show you her real ID though.
