The validity of p411 for a newb

I was just curious, with no okays/references, is p411 a useful tool? Or is it pretty much useless with no okays. It's unlikely I'd have the time to keep up a steady stream of recent encounters. It's been nearly impossible to set things up in the time frames I have so a more expeditious path would be good! Thanks.
I generally will not see newbies. But I will see clients on P411 with no okays. For me, P411 provides somewhat of a peace of mind. Having their profile on there that tells us what you like and dislike is also very beneficial.

Like she said it's a pom for the girls. That you at least passed their screening. I have it but, haven't used it.
See a provider who is newbie friendly, has a great reputation, and has been on in the game for a while. Also, make sure she has a P411 account!

When you see her, she can act as your reference. Also, she'll get bonus points by referring you to P411.

Also, keep in mind that there are many providers who will require additional information EVEN if you have many references.

I got on quick after I started hobbying....now I only see those on p411... I need them verified as much as they need me to be....
First 6 months no charge, then decide if you want to stay...
I hear people constantly complain about screening issues. I got on p411 when I started, saw a couple of girls that were cool with no or fewer OKs. Now I don't even worry about it. I don't think I've ever been turned down or had trouble with screening.

When I started, P411 was the first thing I did. I then saw two newbie friendly ladies. I now only see ladies from P411. Like someone said, sometimes a new lady checks with one or two of the ladies who have given me okays. No big deal. I use it all over the country. It has made it so much easier. I have 12 okays and could have more, but I make sure that when I see one of those ladies they update it for me.
It's also been a big help in my research of the ladies.
I won't see any of the ladies who don't list reviews. And the reviews they list can be from many different boards, not just ECCIE. It helps to get a much better sense of who the provider is.

I would love to go the P411 Route but their screening process says that when they call your work they want to talk to you. But it would seem out of place if someone was randomly calling my work location (instead of HR or me directly) to talk to me. It's just kind of a red flag for the place where I work. Does anyone have any advice for this or would I be better served talking with P411 directly?

I don't mind providing a little extra info here and there, but I also don't like slinging it around like coupons for rain.

Thank you everyone for your help and input!

There are girls on P411 who will see newbies. See one or two, treat them well, get your OKs. Then you are in.

Same procedure works on ECCIE

You have to have other p411 members vouch for you to get on p411 so when you start, those will automatically go into your profile as an ok.

At that point, it is still dependent on what the provider is comfortable with for screening, and whether they are newbie friendly or want a certain number of OKs. You can find the P411 providers that indicate newbie friendly in their profile and they may be comfortable with just the P411 screening.
