Does anybody have experience or input on that? It apparently involves prolonged sex without orgasm (at least not every time). It is supposed to bring a deeper sensual experience. It seems to be mainly practiced in long term relationships from what I can tell but I don't see any reason why this would not work in the hobby.
Sometimes the craving for frequent orgasms (I can only talk about the male part) seems to be a bit like carbohydrate craving, quick relief but no sustained satisfaction.
