This is scary it seems like every year some creep does this.Last year there was creep doing this and murdered several ladies.I hope they find this person and get him off the streets.Ladies be careful out there and take precautions.

That is awful. I hadn't heard about it until now. I hope they catch the sick person that would rob someone of their life in such a horrible way.
