How do I become verified?

Hello Austin staff...
I am extremely new to this, especially how this site works. Can you give me some guidance please? I registered a few days ago, posted a thread on the welcome forum, and now I am wondering what the steps are to becoming verfied and anything else I should know. Your help is greatly appreciated!

Oh! And another quick question... I have had 2 people schedule and cancel on me like 10 min. before appt. was to take place. Has anyone else experienced this? They both said they found me on here. Maybe it's nothing, just wondering if it was some sort of test or something. Thanks!

Nope, it's probably just some inconsiderate people.... legit guys don't set bogus appointments or cancel 10min before set time.

On another note.. Do you screen your clients ahead of time?
