Paid for premium access and did not receive

I paid $250 for the lifetime premium access and still can’t see ROS in encounters. Who do I need to contact to resolve this?

Seriously, wtf is going on. No Premium access again. At this point I’d rather you just refund my money for the lifetime membership. That’s a hefty price tag to have to deal with this nonsense every time I login. Nobody can even respond to any emails, messages or posts regarding this issue.

Honestly can't see much point in paying for anything from this site. What value is there here?
