Definitely a stuffed tiger. Look at the paws. Perfectly rounded with no stray hair protruding off the paws or other parts of the body. The black lines on the paws are fake. They don't exist on real tigers. They're drawn on to give the illusion of a tigers "fingers."

I thought the stripes looked a little too perfect also
