Would like Provider Status

Maxx showed me this site this morning and I signed up but how do I get provider status. I have the status on ASPD & Home2. Can you tell me what I need to do? Not sure if this is the right place for this question.

All providers wanting provider status have to meet up with me and we will discuss your status. hehe Not literally unless they want to make a rule change. It would be a dirty rotten job but, someone's gotta do it.
