The few times I've been there with maybe 1 exception, the AMP worker always insisted on DIY, despite trying to coerce them to do the deed. I've never been back since. Glad to hear you got her to handle BoBo for you. But for me, if I have to beg/plead, i.e. the handling of my goods doesn't come naturally, its a below the line experience not worthy of my time.
