I agree with s4u and I have a VA card and I am a Vet. Who readily has their DD214 on hand and would the average civie know what it is.....? But, BD, I get it, there are bound to be some slicksters looking for a discount.

@bigdeal - a va employee ID card looks quite different from a va medical card. Google is helpful in discerning the difference.
