Best Christmas Gift for Free

What is the best gift you ever received, or best gift you have given, that did not cost the giver a cent. Best is defined as most appreciated by the receiver.

Mine: a letter thanking the person for all their great qualities and talents. One that really lists why you appreciate them. Handwritten, of course.

I'd have to say: BJs in the PJs! (and it's not the thought that counts...it's the technique!)
