I am most impressed with your ability to refuse and or possibly negotiate after the massage has started and extras are offered. I guess I'm a weaker willed man, but I would have paid and took the BJ, then on the way out tell them I'm never returning.

Also, when the provider ask you to wait 5 minutes, don't do it, it will most likely be a 30 minutes wait.
