Investment properties

I have a couple of investment properties around the Dallas (galleria) and west Plano area. Would it be a wise idea to look for renters on this board? All feedbacks or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you knowingly rent a property to someone who is using it for unlawful purposes (drug dealing, prostitution, etc.) you would be subjecting yourself to unwanted legal problems, including, perhaps, confiscation of your property.

So what kind of properties are they? Houses?

It goes without saying, talk to a lawyer and cover your assets.
If you rent to a provider it goes without saying that she should automatically enter in your DNDL (DO NOT DO LIST).

I just figure if they just use it for incalls and their cash flow should be pretty solid that it wouldn't be bad to rent to a provider.

How were you smart enough to acquire investment properties and yet be dumb enough to post this thread? Did you inherit the properties?
I don't see that this is dumb to post this ad here. First, I'm not renting to providers, just asking opinions from fellow hobbyist and providers about the idea. Second, most of you Hobbyist replying with negative comments seem to treat providers as a piece of meat. They are in a business that has a demand and I have places to provide for that demand. I don't like the fact that some hobbyist look at these ladies as "whores" and "hookers" and think you are any better than them while you are looking for their services. I truly believe providers can pay rent on time just like anyone else and be excellent tenets.
And no I didn't inherit the properties. I use my hard earned money and save up to buy these properties throughout the years.

Can't fix stupid.

Would you knowingly rent to hemp growers? I am sure they can afford the rent as well.

Don't say you weren't warned.
As long as they can afford triple the rent why not?
