Have u experienced the “AMP Tease” w/o the finish?

I’ve been to amps all over Northwest Arkansas and there are a couple in Springdale that give awesome massages Across the back and shoulders, but at some point start lightly caressing the butt and inner thigh areas and ask you to flip and continue to lightly caress around the groin area but never touch the goods (i’ve asked and pointed many times!) They can see full well they’re fully arousing us, but are unwilling to finish the job , and don’t even like me to DIY. That’s a mystery to me. Why did they do that? It’s a huge tease that leaves you frustrated and unsatisfied, and they must know that. They must know also that they would receive much larger tips if they would finish the job. Maybe they’re afraid oc getting fired by the boss if they found out. If anybody has any insight on that or how to get them to go ahead and offer the extra service, I would appreciate it.
