Having Problems With Logging In

Got a friend who's currently unable to log onto site . Wondering if anyone else is having any problems ? If so , have you found any solutions ? Got an email in to Web Support , but told him I would ask you guys .

I couldn't get onto the site about 2 hours ago. Not the first time. It happens every now and then.

Nevermind he got answer from Web Support !

The answer is usually remember your password and that it is space and case sensitive.

the site is going through some up dates. No one could get on a few hours ago. They were testing their new BS detector! LOL
