Whitney, no offense, but asking for any lawyer to PM you to give you advice is probably not the best way to go about your task. Lawyers, like all professionals, specialize. A lawyer may practice family law, another criminal law, a third securities law.

Why don't you write a sentence or two about your issue so you can get advice from an attorney qualified to render advice on the issue?
