OK ladies: West Texas is your place.
Why you ask? We are right in the middle of oil country. West Texas; inparticularly Midland, has the lowest unemployment in Texas
at 4.7%. Everyone is working and has money in their pockets. Your VIP Providers do pretty well here, especially after the first visit.
