When a provider advertises she'll be "..here Mon. and Tues." does that mean until check-out at 11am on Tues. or what??

Maybe you should ask her....Different meanings for different people...

Does be here Monday mean after check in time on Monday which can be as late as 3 PM or is she coming in Sunday evening and ready to make appointments beginning Mon. morning. Some providers say when they start making appointments and some don't. As for asking them, that is a good idea assuming their voice mail isn't too full to take your message.
