... I wanted to enter the website and showcase info in 2 rows, so I ended up submitting an almost empty review, no ROS, no nothing ... I thank for the edit feature, so I could finish it ... maybe I didnt have alll the time that I wanted to write it well, but I think it turned out to be ok 
I've noticed that a lot of guys submit unfinished reviews because of this.
My suggestion would be to have have an additional submit button, and that the enter key would be used just to add rows in the other fields other than the ROS
