On my other computer whenever I go on the internet, I get the message"win32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close" . It makes me have to shut down and restart to do anything. I have run Malwarebytes, AVG and Avast! and nothing is detected. Anyone have any advice?

after you have downloaded and installed these manually
reboot your comp and keep updating your computer with windows updates
