How Hard is it to Sell a Hot Dog

The authorities close down another entrepreneur. He didn't even get a chance for others to make him succeed. He spent the money, took the risk, and even before he "couldn't get there by himself," here comes government, to shut him down.

Just goes to show that no matter what one law will contradict another. That is how the bureaucrats can control who can and who can not succeed. Crony capitalism at its finest.
If someone wants a dog they aren't screwing a brick and mortar out of a steak...

after reading the article, the dumbass that sold the license fucked up.

whoever the clerk is should buy th kids cart right after the city fires his/her incompetent ass, then go sell some dogs IF they can get a license ..

Duszynski was told by city officials that his cart was in violation of a Holland zoning law that protects existing food businesses downtown against competition from mobile food vendors, and he would have to cease operation immediately.
Yeah, fuck the free market. If the kid takes business away from existing restaurants, then the restaurants ought to figure out how to sell a better hot dog so the people will continue to dine there.
