GIF Motion avatar or signature

Im catching hell using a avatar image and signature line image with motion. if anyone can help with this ide greatly appreciate it.

my avatar should be moving. but i think i found the problem. the gif files i try to upload are larger than 97kb. imma try to compress and re-upload
