You get an app on your smart phone and it will beep every time you come within 6 feet of a person who has tested positive and then everybody else will know that you came within 6 feet of a person that tested positive. It is what it is. The test involves an oral swab or a nasal swab that's how DNA is collected for identification purposes. The results are put on file just like fingerprints. If someone commits a crime and they leave any DNA behind at the crime scene they may be a suspect. How does the app know someone has tested positive? That sounds like something that will come into play when they start pushing the chip.
