Attack page??

Can someone please help? Every time i try and visit any page here on eccie i get this attack page message. I have checked my firewall and i don't have eccie blocked any info how i can get rid of this? Here is the message i keep getting down below......... What is the current listing status for eccie.net? There is a thread going on about this in the main room. I think St. Christopher is getting it all worked out as we speak. A lot of people have been having the issue.

Having the same issue with the * attack*
and FireFox blocking eccie.
Switch to chrome browser.

Sorry i didn't see it in the main forum but i guess it is something to do with firefox. Switched over to explorer and everything is good now.

If you want you can disable this warning in Firefox if you want to:

Preferences-->Security
Uncheck "Block reported attack sites"

The thread in the general discussion forum doesn't tell how to eliminate the problem.

It's a persistent problem which is now affecting eccie when browsing via my Android phone.

Just how safe are all those banners?
Especially those so called hobby sites, banners?

You can also disable it in Firefox.

Under Tools > Options > Security
(You have to de-select 'block reported attack sites')


I did it only cause I tend to know what I'm looking for in malicious websites, but you honestly never know you've come across a Trojan or a Kelogger until it's too late!

Always run an external antivirus, I like AVG, or Spybot.

From what I read, the site is safe, but it looks like somewhere in the forums flagged something in coding that might have been malicious. So who even really knows where to start looking?

It is not just a firefox issue. AVG also identified the home page as an Attack Site. Seems like it has been fixed now though.

Let me recommend to everyone to use Firefox and install the flashblock plugin. If you're willing to take a little more effort, install NoScript as well.
