If she is a Independent Provider and on ECCIE you can go to the independent provider forum and click NEW REVIEW button and just enter the info. even if she is not a Indy just same process but enter all the info as before an try to include the site where you found her and the phone number or opther info that the hobbiest can make a decision based on your recomendation
